Omega Security Pro targets current Chromium browsers, Firefox and Safari/WebKit where the required browser APIs exist.

Core requirements

• HTTPS secure context
• Web Crypto API for hashing and encrypted vault features
• File API for user-selected file scanning
• Local storage for encrypted vault and reports
• Service Worker support for full PWA offline shell

Feature variation

Passkeys/WebAuthn, permission-query coverage, device-memory reporting, connection information, install prompts and PWA behavior vary between operating systems and browsers. Omega Security Pro reports unavailable capabilities rather than fabricating them.
