OMEGA SECURITY PRO — PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSTICS
Device & Browser Performance Center
Omega Security Pro measures performance signals that a normal browser/PWA can legitimately obtain from the current session. It does not pretend to read unrestricted operating-system telemetry or to "clean" the device.
Current measured signals
- CPU micro-benchmark timing generated in the current JavaScript session.
- Animation-frame/render interval.
- Same-site network round-trip time while connected.
- Logical processor count through
navigator.hardwareConcurrency. - Approximate browser-reported device-memory hint where
navigator.deviceMemoryexists. - Omega-origin storage usage and quota through
navigator.storage.estimate(). - Effective connection hint where the Network Information API is exposed.
Measurement limits
Browser-reported memory can be privacy-coarsened and is not a privileged RAM reading. Storage usage/quota refers to the Omega web/PWA origin, not the device's unrestricted SSD/HDD capacity. Results vary with browser, hardware, power state, background activity and network conditions.
No fake cleaner claims
A PWA cannot legitimately terminate arbitrary applications, rewrite operating-system startup configuration or clear protected caches belonging to other apps. Omega reports measured conditions instead.
